All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for general information. While we strive to be accurate, there may be occasional errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update pricing without prior notice. Final quotes will be confirmed in writing before order processing.
Custom-made curtains, wallpapers, and furnishings are produced according to the measurements you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that measurements are accurate. We recommend using our free professional measurement service to avoid errors. Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned unless defective.
We offer professional installation services for most products. Installation charges are separate unless explicitly included in a package. Our installation team will make every effort to complete the work in a timely and safe manner. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues.
All curtains and wallpapers come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Motorized components have a 2-year warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
A minimum advance of 50% is required to confirm all orders. The balance is payable upon delivery/installation. We accept cash, bank transfer, UPI, and major credit/debit cards. Full payment must be cleared before warranty activation.
Shri Shyam Furnishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
