4. Shipping & Delivery

We make every effort to ship orders within the estimated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
• We are not liable for any damages or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
• Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
